Hi, I’m Mike. I live in beautiful Heber City, Utah with my wife of 23 years, Kit, and our four kids, ranging in age from 15-21.

About Me

I served a full-time church mission to St. Petersburg, Russia and the Baltic States of Latvia and Estonia in the early 1990s.

I have a degree in Family Studies and Human Development from the University of Utah.

I taught seminary for a few years and loved teaching the youth and being involved in their lives.

I’ve worked in insurance, marketing and sales; always focusing on my most important objective… connecting with the clients and making work meaningful.

For the last 10 years, I have also coached club and high school soccer.

I like to be with my family, eat good food, learn new things, and watch and coach soccer.

Life coaching speaks more to me than anything else I’ve done in my professional life. It also speaks to me in my personal life to make it even better than it already is. I love the tools I’m able to teach. They are powerful and transformational.

I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and I love it!!! I implement gospel principles and concepts into my coaching programs.

The Life Coaching I do is called causal coaching which helps us get to the root of the actual problem. My work is based on faith, family and purpose.
